Course Creation Workshops
Teach young people to share what they know
We run hands-on workshops where youth groups build and publish their own micro-courses — no experience needed. By the end, every participant has created something real.
Get in touch about a workshopWhat happens in a workshop
Each workshop runs 60–90 minutes and ends with participants publishing a real course on CoCreate. We handle all the facilitation — your group just shows up ready to create.
How to pick a topic
We help participants identify something they know well and turn it into a focused, teachable idea.
Structuring a micro-course
Breaking a topic into clear sections, writing a syllabus, and setting learning objectives that actually stick.
Writing for learners
How to explain things clearly — no jargon, no fluff. Practical writing that helps people build real skills.
Publishing on CoCreate
Participants walk away with a live, published course they built themselves during the workshop.

What to expect
Why it works
Teaching something is one of the most effective ways to learn it. When young people build a course — even a short one — they practise organising their thoughts, explaining ideas clearly, and thinking about what someone else needs to understand. Those are skills that carry into every subject and every future career.
CoCreate's format is designed to make this feel achievable: micro-courses are short by design, so participants aren't overwhelmed. Most young people are surprised by what they manage to create in under two hours.
